- Distance learning necessitates a high level of self-direction and should, therefore, require students to read, conduct research, complete timed exams and similar assignments, designed to measure the student’s competency relative to the required subject matter objectives.
- If you are taking a renewal course you must complete it prior the expiration of your license. We advise you to complete the course at least five days prior to avoid processing delays that will occur at the DBPR towards the end of the renewal period.
- A DBPR-Licensed Real Estate Instructor is available to address subject matter issues preferably by email; however he is available to answer questions over the phone during business hours.
Refunds are available if all of the following are true:
- You have not progressed beyond the fifth lesson of the online course.
- You have not taken the FINAL EXAM.
- You are requesting a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
