FAQ

  • Do you report course completions to the DBPR?

Absolutely. We report course completions to the DBPR on a weekly basis. However, during the weeks leading up to the license renewal deadlines on September 30th and March 31st, we submit reports daily. It's imperative that students ensure their provided information is accurate to avoid discrepancies.

  • I haven't received my certificate of completion. Why?

Upon successfully passing the exam, you can instantly download a PDF version of your certificate. Ensure the details on your profile are correct to prevent delays or errors in both your certificate and the DBPR reporting.

  • What's the procedure for refunds?

Dolphin School of Real Estate has a 30-day refund policy, provided the final exam hasn't been attempted. Simply email [email protected] with your purchase details, including your full name and email address, and we'll process your refund promptly.

  • Is it possible to access the course content offline?

Currently, our courses are only accessible online and require a stable internet connection. If there's a compelling reason for offline access, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll assist you as best as we can.

  • Is there any additional material provided with the course?

All course materials are available online. Once registered, students have immediate access to all content.

  • What's the duration to complete a course?

Students have a 12-month window to complete their courses. Extensions may be considered based on specific situations, provided the final exam hasn't been taken.

  • Once I've finished the course and passed the exam, what are the next steps to renew my license?

To renew your real estate license:

    1. Course Completion: For initial renewals, the "Post License Education" is required. For all other renewals, the "14 Hour Continuing Education" is necessary. Both courses are available at our school.
    2. Renewal Fee: The license renewal fee needs to be paid directly to the DBPR as a crucial part of the renewal process.
