63-hour Pre-license Course for Sales Associate
This course will prepare you to become a licensed sales associate.
To obtain the real estate sales associate license in the state of Florida requires to complete a pre-license course, this course should be approved by FREC and is a course that must be a 63 hour course, Dolphin School of Real Estate serves as an online real estate school offering courses for real estate licensee sand individuals looking to obtain the real estate license.
This pre-licensing course has been approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and DBPR, and it is following all requirements for FREC course I. The course includes two practice exams that will help you prepare for the end-of-course exam, which has 100 multiple-choice questions of which you must answer at least 70 correctly to pass the course, in case you fail your final exam you will have a second attempt opportunity. Upon passing your exam, the DBPR will be notified electronically, and you will be able to complete the steps to obtain your license.
